Privacy Policy according to art.13 of Legislative decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments. The data collected through this request form will be forwarded only to the companies specified by the user as the recipients of the message, in order to receive the requested information and be contacted. The Applicant authorizes the target companies to use their personal data. This release is intended for the sole purpose of being able to properly collect the data of the request and to reply to the applicant in compliance with current privacy laws. Personal data will be stored in the computer system pertaining to Foodly in order to verify the reliability of the email address provided and so as to render the electronic communication of the information requests to the target companies technically feasible. The contents of the requests will not be disclosed by Foodly, or in any way sold, re-sold or transmitted to companies or persons other than the target companies actually indicated by the applicant. In accordance with Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 concerning the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, we inform you that all the data collected by Foodly and related to your person, will be used in accordance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency while ensuring the protection of your privacy and rights. In particular, pursuant to article 13 of the same decree, we inform you that: 1) Data supplied will be processed by automated means within the information system pertaining to Foodly. 2) The data controller is Goinweb.com Srl, Via Zaniboni 9, 40129 Bologna - Fiscal Code & VAT number: 02675541201. The data processor is Marco Carotti – Fiscal Code: CRTMRC67C22A944W. 4) The data collected may be forwarded to: - Associated companies or subsidiaries of the group; - Public or private entities for the fulfillment of law obligations; - Other advertising companies or to which the user, through the use of web pages or the Foodly newsletter, specifically requests that their personal data is provided in order to receive information. The data may be transferred abroad, with the consent and within the limits prescribed in articles. 42 et seq. Legislative Decree 196/2003
5) We inform you that you can exercise your rights towards the data controller at any time as in accordance with article 7, Legislative Decree 196/2003, which for your convenience is reproduced below in full. Legislative Decree No 196/2003 Article 7. Right to access personal data and other rights 1. A data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, regardless of whether it has already been recorded or not, and that said data is transmitted in an intelligible form. 2. A data subject has the right to be informed: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of the data processing; c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means d) of the details of the data controller, data processors and the appointed representative as per section 5, paragraph 2; e) of the recipients or categories of recipients to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as appointed representative in the State’s territory, processors or persons accountable of data processing. 3. A data subject has the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data; b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of any data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) confirmation that actions a) and b), also with respect to their content, have been notified to those whom the data have been communicated or disclosed to, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort with respect to the protected right. 4. A data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; b) to the processing of personal data where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication surveys.
